Letter from the Founder

When I started my own law firm, I had a very simple idea – that entrepreneurs and their advisors needed an efficient way to launch and maintain their businesses. I knew business owners would prefer to have experienced lawyers handle the formation process, so long as it was simple, and cost effective.

I had left the “big” law firm where I worked on deals involving tens and hundreds of millions of dollars and the most complicated business structures; and I learned exactly what business owners were looking for.

Well, we did it! We focused exclusively on the formation, management and structuring of business entities, and developed systems that enable us to deliver the same “big” law firm quality at the lowest possible cost.

Our eMinutes® website is used by business managers, attorneys, accountants, and entrepreneurs to form corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. We are maintaining thousands of entities, representing nearly every jurisdiction.

My enthusiasm for our mission remains the same now as it did in 1997 when I started my firm  – to form and maintain business entities better and more efficiently than anyone else. Headquartered in Los Angeles, we serve clients throughout the world. Now, after being admitted to the New York Bar, we are excited to announce the expansion of our services to New York.
