Terrence Lui: Signyfi

Signyfi is a technology startup focused on creating easy-to-use mobile applications that increase productivity.  It was founded by Terrence Lui.  Terrence has extensive experience in technology and business management.  He was Sr. Director of Technology and Program Management at Oversee.net and ran the company’s largest technology division.  He had sole responsibility for product development and roadmap planning with direct management of the development staff.  At Oversee, Terrence ran one of the largest publisher networks on the internet and was responsible for an increase of over 40% in revenue optimization.  Prior to that, he has experience in partner management and strategic planning at large organizations like Microsoft and Accenture.  Terrence has a degree from Princeton University where he studied economics and computer science.

We formed a Delaware S-Corporation for Terrence.
