Meet Jeff
Jeff Unger is the founder and CEO of eMinutes, a corporate law firm and four-time Inc. 5000 honoree, that forms loan outs, production companies and entities for all aspects of the entertainment industry. The firm handles the corporate minutes for more than 43,000 corporations that subscribe to its entity management service.
Jeff is a graduate of the nation’s top school for entrepreneurship, Babson College where he was awarded the Economics Letter of Achievement. Since founding his firm in 1997, Jeff has become best known as an expert on business organizations, including corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. He has degrees in business and law; and a master’s degree in taxation. Jeff is admitted to practice in California, Texas and New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Jeff is a father of four. He lives in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles with his wife, Leyna, their children, and three dogs.
