How do I set bank account verification reminder?
To verify your account, we will make 2 micro-deposits (less than $1.00 USD) that will appear on your statement with a description of AMNTS usually within 1-2 business days.
Once those deposits appear on your statement, please click the “Verify Link” to verify your account information. Enter the amounts of the 2 deposits (with or without the decimal).
How do I update my credit card or ACH?
You can easily update the payment method from your online portal
1. From the “Companies” tab, unlock the Control Panel.
2. Click the red warning icon or the green checkmark.
3. Update your payment information in the resulting secure pop-up window.
