Marketing Guru Bites Back, Creates Bed Bug Wonder Dogs

The impact of a recent bed bug infestation on her family was so great Emma Whitmore-Buck resolved that other families shouldn’t have to suffer the way her family did.  Bed Bug Wonder Dogs was born through her research and efforts to help families and businesses deal more effectively with the bed bug epidemic.  We formed a New York limited liability company for Emma.

Whitmore-Buck is a highly acclaimed marketing professional with over 20 years of experience spanning a wide spectrum of marketing programs. She is using her creative problem solving and comprehensive marketing skills to launch America’s foremost bed bug canine scent detection service, Bed Bug Wonder Dogs, LLC (“BBWD”). Her personal experience dealing with exterminators and detection teams made her realize the importance of independence. Unlike other National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association (NESDCA) certified handlers and dogs, BBWD is not affiliated with any exterminating company.  The firm is able to provide an objective and accurate assessment of the presence of bed bugs.  For NESDCA certified handlers BBWD is offering a turnkey solution for their marketing, communications, sales, customer service and billing needs.  BBWD will be the first national, “one point of contact” bed bug canine scent detection service with written protocols for Consumer, Business and Moving clients to ensure the utmost in consistency, quality and positive client experience.

Whitmore-Buck has worked with a number of Fortune 100 companies to create strong public images by designing campaigns that build distinct and memorable brands.  She also led the expansion these businesses with successful new product introductions. Emma lives in New York City with her husband Henry Buck, a leading New York acupuncturist and licensed massage therapist, and their twin boys Liam and Dylan.
