Despite a passion for food from an early age, Christina took a bit of a detour before finding her inner culinary self. After graduating from the University of Florida, Christina spent the next years climbing the corporate ladder at some of New York’s most prestigious Advertising Agencies. After nearly a decade she traded in lattes for some new clogs and a set of spatulas. She enrolled in the prestigious French Culinary Institute in NYC, where she honed both her practical and philosophical approach to food in pursuit of delicious and socially conscious cooking. After graduating, she further refined her skills working under acclaimed chefs Jacques Torres, Ron Ben Israel and James Beard award winner Peter Berley. In 2012, Christina launched Macaroon.com, an online bakery and #1 destination for French macaroon lovers. Christina’s focus is to create an amazing culinary experience with every bite. She uses only locally sourced natural ingredients to deliver a product harmonious with the environment. Since launching Macaroon.com, Christina has enjoyed more orders than she can handle, including a recent order for 3,000 macaroons from InStyle Magazine.
We formed a California corporation for Christina.
