Corporate Documents for COVID Federal Loans

The various federal and state small business loan and grant programs enacted in response to the COVID pandemic require copies of corporate documents.  We are sending this email to provide some guidance on obtaining these documents:

  • If you need copies of corporate documents, you can access them from your online portal (see below) or click this link to email your request.
  • If you need a corporate resolution to authorize a federal loan or grant, we will prepare the resolution at no charge.
  • If you are missing bylaws or share certificates and your company is enrolled in our entity management service, we will waive our fees to prepare them.
  • If you are missing Articles of Incorporation or a Statement of Information in California, you can obtain most documents for free by clicking here.
  • If you need a referral to a bank making these loans, please let us know.
