Gavin Stokes

After acquiring system-design experience at two of the Big 6 consulting firms in the 1990s, Gavin combined his interests in filmmaking and software development by writing video-editing software at Autodesk’s Discreet division in Chicago.  He refined and expanded his expertise through nearly a decade as a senior software engineer at Apple, working on the high-end visual-effects application Shake, and Final Cut Studio.  Gavin finally conformed to a California archetype by working on a Hollywood studio lot; albeit as software engineer at Red Digital Cinema, designing and coding parts of the Red cameras’ touchscreen interface and software to process footage.  Today Gavin is co-founder of Castle Tower Inc., a software and consulting company.

We formed a California corporation for Gavin.
