Joe McMackin’s ServiceApe Brings Transparency to the Service Industry
The company connects users and service providers through a new automated calling and texting technology. A user submits a request for a service provider and then ServiceApe reaches out to all service providers who can provide the service requested in the user’s area. The service provider can log into the system to provide an estimate. The user can then view all of the estimates, as well as license information, years of experience, and Yelp reviews.
The company has five initial investors. McMackin explains “eMinutes was a big help in setting up our Operating Agreement. I had no idea where to start, and with 5 investors, I needed something professional”.
