With unemployment among Post-9/11 veterans significantly higher than non-veterans, Americans are looking for ways to do give them a hand up. We give employers psychometric tools to accurately assess veteran candidates so that they can do their part and find the right people to interview. In exchange we ask employers to guarantee at least one qualified veteran an interview per job they post, we call this the Guaranteed Interview Commitment.
