Lisa McCarthy is the founder of The McCarthy Group whose mission is to help leaders and teams elevate performance and accelerate revenue growth.   The McCarthy Group approach centers around a proven set of “Power Principles” that enable sales executives to focus on customers, providing them solutions to their business challenges.   Over the last two decades, Lisa McCarthy led sales teams at CBS, Viacom and Univision that were known for relentless customer focus, solutions selling and significant revenue growth. People that have worked on Lisa’s teams felt energized to go beyond what they previously thought was possible, which resulted in a deep sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.

We formed a New York corporation for Lisa.
