Melinda Strauss is the founder of Kosher Food Bloggers, a community of food bloggers, brands, chefs, writers and foodies that share a common passion for good kosher food and culinary adventure. Melinda is also the founder of Kitchen-Tested.com, a food blog devoted to helping its readers turn unique and adventurous ingredients into fun and accessible recipes. Melinda sells gourmet non-dairy caramels enrobed in high-end chocolate at Facebook.com/melscaramels. All ingredients are dairy-free and certified Kosher Parve. Melinda offers cooking and baking demonstrations, from wedding showers to birthday parties. She is currently a baking teacher at SKA High School for Girls in Long Island. Melinda grew up in Seattle, Washington, where she loved to help her parents cook and bake in the kitchen (she was a very good taste-tester), and currently lives in Woodmere, NY with her husband and two children.
