Accountant Required. We believe that you need a great team, starting with a great accountant. Forming a company involves tax matters that our law firm does not handle.
Technology. We’ve spent more than $4 million on technology, and we deliver our documents electronically. If technology isn’t your thing, we’re probably not the lawyers for you.
Credit Cards/ACH. To enable us to handle filings on your behalf, we require that all of our clients maintain a credit card or ACH payment information on file. We do not accept checks.
