Robert DA Crawford

Robert DA Crawford is the Executive Chef and Founder of Noel’s Kitchen. Graduating from College with a degree in Hospitality Management, he started his career at the Plaza Hotel as an overnight Housekeeping Manager. He has over eight years of experience managing hotels and restaurants. He has completed several extensive Chef/Kitchen Management training programs in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and in Atlanta, Georgia. His instructors have been world renowned chefs including the likes of Emeril Lagasse. His past positions include Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Dining Room Manager, Assistant GM, GM, and Area Manager. To his credit, he is also a fully trained Green Professional certified by the U.S Green Building Council.

We formed a New York corporation for Robert.
