500 Entrepreneurs: Legal Stuff

The business needs to be located in California or New York (that’s where we practice law).  We have to cap the number of companies we are forming for free, so we’re looking for four or five entrepreneurs each month to be part of our “500 Entrepreneurs” program.   We reserve the right to accept or reject entrepreneurs who apply to be part of this program for any reason or for no reason.
