EMINUTES (https://eminutes.com) is a law firm that does two main things – we form and maintain corporations and LLCs. Our clients are actors, writers, directors, producers, athletes, and ultra-high net worth individuals. We have an extraordinary amount of technology, having invested nearly $5M to date, that enables us to knock our clients’ socks off. We are a modern, technology-first law firm. This position will be based in a newly established West Hollywood office. Once fully staffed, a partial work-from-home schedule will be established.
About the Job
If you live to deliver extraordinary experiences, you will love leading our firm’s “white-glove” onboarding experience for new clients. When a new client engages with our firm, you will work with our attorneys to ensure that every first experience is an extraordinary one. From the kickoff call and throughout the process, your efforts will deliver the first impression of our organization. You will educate our clients and their advisors on how our services operate, and you will learn their preferences to ensure that we are tailoring our offerings to their specific needs.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- BS or BA required / MBA a +
- Minimum of 5+ years of customer onboarding
- 7-8+ years overall experience in a hospitality, client success, or high-touch client experience position where you excelled in maintaining a goal driven customer relationship
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative work style and leadership presence
- Strategic thinker
- Self-starter with a passion to deliver results and track record of success
Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
