eMinutes offers two email setting that you are free to adjust to meet your preference. You can have your emails on a digest setting, where you get 1 email each day letting you know If there are messages for you  in our message center on our website. This option is preferred by many of our clients that have multiple entities. Alternatively, you can have emails come in in real time. You can select which setting you use by logging and clicking on the messages tab. You can then click on communications settings and select digest, and the days you receive the digest, or you can turn the digest off and just receive emails in real time.

All items in the outstanding items tab need to be signed and returned to us. Once they are returned, they will be removed from the outstanding items tab. Please note that the annual consents that are in the outstanding items tab are not urgent, but they should be signed and returned as soon as reasonably possible.
